Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the science of focusing the powers of body, mind and spirit toward one objective: the realization of peace, happiness and freedom in this life.
With the regular daily practice of Kundalini Yoga, one reaches a state where neither praise inflates, nor slander deflates. That is the beginning.
With continued practice, one learns to love adversity and to work tirelessly, blamelessly, despite obstacles and interruptions, for any worthy object. One who masters Kundalini Yoga realizes seventh heaven, the ultimate joy of life beyond death.
“Men of great knowledge actually found out all about these chakras – their workings, their petals, their sounds, their infinity, their co-relationship, their powers. They found out that the life of a human is totally based on these chakras. They developed it into a whole science. This total science gave birth to Kundalini Yoga.” Yogi Bhajan, quoted by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa in Eight Human Talents (2000)
“Yoga is one of the greatest things the human mind has ever created.” Carl Jung, Yoga and the West (1936)
