It is not that the things of this world are not of value and value is only to be found in the next.  Rather, it is that things (or people) held in isolation, forcefully acquired and held – that very concept is depraved and impoverished from every imaginable perspective save one.  It is morally, socially, economically and ecologically despicable.  It only makes sense in the utterly limited and foolhardy realm of ego-gratification.

        Value is here.  Value is now.  Value is in relationships.  Value is sacrificing for one another.  Value is in valuing the well-being of the ecology, the society and the individual as whole integrative, beautiful, sophisticated systems and networks evolved through the wisdom of ages. 

        To hoard and to squirrel away essential resources rather than sharing them for the common good is anti-social and aggressive behavior and should be recognized as such.  Wealth should never be equal.  It never can be, but to exacerbate wealth inequality for personal aggrandizement and recognition needs to be seen as the destructive and nihilistic behavior that it is.
