Heaven is Inside: A Short Bio Video (4:53')

Last summer, immersed as usual in researching and writing one thing or another, and looking toward the day when perhaps I might finally be finished my teacher Yogi Bhajan's biography - completion date now set for September 2018 - I thought to myself, "It would be nice to have some kind of publicity boost.  I know I am an exceptional teacher.  I am a good yogi.  I am knowledgeable.  I am experienced.  But outside of my circle, I am pretty unknown.  I don't have a budget for this and I don't want to spend a lot of time on it.  Still, it would be nice to have a boost somehow."  That prayer, stayed with me for a few weeks. 

Then, one day in August I received an email from Nick Freeman describing his work as a creator of Lossless Creative and Lossless TV, making short bio videos, and expressing an interest in doing a video on my story, my life, and my practices.  The next day, I met with Nick and his brother, Ryan.  They expressed a humility and dedication that touched my heart, so we agreed to collaborate.  We did all the filming in three takes: one at our beautiful early morning yoga setting in Etobicoke, another at my home, and a last one on the shores of Lake Ontario at sunrise.  I found them to be very professional, very focused, and the end result you can now see on YouTube as it just came out.
