Five Paragons of Peace is the biggest project I have ever undertaken. While waiting for permission to publish Yogi Bhajan's biography, I set out to write an introduction to his teachings and his spiritual heritage and their relevance to the world. Of course, I had no idea what I was in for.
Some years later, when the final page was written, I had touched on a dozen disciplines, hundreds of stories, many great lives, the flow of happenstance, our treatment of our bodies, our planet and each other in a unique, holistic historical adventure. Now, in 2014, I have updated the text and made it available globally by donation in an eco-friendly eBook. I hope you'll enjoy the adventure with me.

I took my time reading your magnum opus. Wow! What a chronicle of the emergence of the Aquarian Age. Good job. I was amused, entertained, and thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Thank you. Guruka Singh Khalsa, Founder and Executive Director of Sikhnet
In this fascinating book, Guru Fatha Singh leads us through the evolution we have been going through for centuries - from the days when our consciousness was shaped in a way that has contributed to tragic amounts and forms of violence to our present searching for new paradigms supporting respect for each other and peaceful was of meeting needs. Incorporated in the book is a brief, but intriguing history of the Sikh tradition initiated by Guru Nanak.
