Kundalini Yoga has the power to heal, uplift and inspire

Kundalini Yoga is the most powerful and effective form of yoga. 
It stimulates optimal health and a radiant sense of well-being with simple yogic techniques that can be practiced by anyone.  Positive effects can be noticed almost right away.

Kundalini Yoga helps to balance the energy systems in the entire body, including the brain, the glandular and nervous systems.  This helps you to function at a higher level, without exhausting your mind and body.  When the mind and body are at ease, inspiration flows freely and peace of mind is realized.

Until recent years, Kundalini Yoga was the exclusive domain of secretive yogis in the far-off Himalayas.  In 1968, Yogi Bhajan came to the West to teach this powerful, health-giving science openly.  In 1970, he founded the Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO) to spread and serve these teachings.  Nowadays, Kundalini Yoga is practiced on every continent around the world. 

Kundalini Yoga awakens the soul.  When the kundalini rises to penetrate through all the chakras (energy centres), the person knows they are the Creative God.  In reality, there is a God.  When he uncoils himself, opens himself up, this uncoiling is called "kundalini."  The kundalini that is going to be  uncoiled in you is already in you and a part of you.  It is an unlimited power that is the essence of your consciousness.  Your system is already built to contain the energy of kundalini.  It is a normal capacity that you simply are not utilizing. 

Kundalini Yogis don't have nice days.  They have GREAT DAYS.  Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of feeling great for no reason whatsoever.  And when you are feeling great and your mind is purified, great things can happen.  Moreover, you are less of a drag on the people around you.

Yogi Bhajan gave us this empowering yoga, even though he was told not to by his colleagues in India, so we in the West might experience the workings of the Infinite in our lives, and that we might with pure hearts and minds dedicate our efforts together toward a planet of peace and prosperity for all.  Now is the time.
