SPECIAL YOGA CLASSES FOR EVERYBODY
Kundalini Yoga helps create bright spirits, supple minds and healthy bodies. Bring a mat, blanket or rug to sit on and a donation for the Seva Food Bank. Feel free to ask any questions you might have about yoga's part in the rich Sikh heritage. Be prepared for a fun and relaxing experience.
Children's class (parents welcome): 3-4 pm.
Adults class (supervised children welcome): 4-5 pm.
Classes are located at PAMA, 9 Wellington Street East in downtown Brampton. Come early and take in the great Sikh heritage and other exhibits.
Admission is free.

Sikh Canadians have lived in Ontario since the middle of the twentieth century. By proclaiming the month of April as Sikh Heritage Month, the Province of Ontario recognizes the important contributions that Sikh Canadians have made to Ontario’s social, economic, political and cultural fabric. Sikh Heritage Month is an opportunity to remember, celebrate and educate future generations about Sikh Canadians and the important role that they have played and continue to play in communities across Ontario.
